These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PromptKaro's website and services. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About PromptKaro

PromptKaro is an AI-powered web development studio offering websites, apps, dashboards, and custom digital tools for Indian businesses. We operate under the brand name PromptKaro and can be reached at hello@promptkaro.in.

2. Services

We offer the following service tiers. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise:

3. Free Demo Policy

We offer a free working demo before any payment is required. The demo is:

• Delivered within 48 hours of receiving your requirements
• A functional preview of your requested website or app
• Provided at no charge — if you do not wish to proceed, there is no obligation or fee

The demo remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due only after you have reviewed the demo and decided to proceed
• Full payment is required before the final deliverable (live site, source code, hosting credentials) is handed over
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, or as agreed over WhatsApp/email

5. Revisions & Scope

Each plan includes a fixed number of revisions as described above. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed brief will be quoted separately and require written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) before work begins.

6. Refund Policy

• If you are unsatisfied with the demo, no payment is required — full stop.
• Once payment has been made and final files have been delivered, refunds are not available unless we have materially failed to deliver what was agreed.
• Disputes should be raised within 7 days of delivery at hello@promptkaro.in.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the design and content of your delivered website.
• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party assets (fonts, icons, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

PromptKaro's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
